Project Manager, Workforce and Competence Planning

Gjøvik Kommune Health and Care is seeking an experienced and collaborative project manager to lead workforce management and competence planning initiatives. You will coordinate development and restructuring processes, develop sustainable staffing solutions, and establish knowledge and decision-making foundations in close collaboration with leaders, employees and representatives. This newly created role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in health/social work, management or related field, along with extensive experience in municipal health services, process leadership, development or restructuring work, and a valid class B driving license.
