Case Officer, Health and Care Services

Fauske municipality's Allocation Office seeks an authorized nurse for a one-year fixed-term position as case officer in health and care services. You will process applications, make assessments and decisions on municipal health and care services, coordinate services across units, and work with service users, relatives and partners. The role requires authorization as a nurse, experience in case processing or health and care coordination, good digital skills, excellent written and spoken Norwegian, and a category B driving licence.
