Team Leader for Relationship-Focused Family Therapy (RFT)

Team leader position combining clinical, administrative and developmental leadership at Familievernkontoret in Buskerud. You will lead a team of four therapists, deliver clinical family therapy using the RFT model, and contribute to quality assurance and methodological development. Requires Norwegian-authorised psychologist, psychology specialist or family therapist with master's level qualification and substantial experience with families, children and young people in clinical and therapeutic settings.
