Nord University seeks a visionary and strategic rector to lead the university as chief executive officer. You must have high scientific competence at professor level or equivalent, substantial leadership experience from complex knowledge organisations, research and research management experience, and strong understanding of higher education policy and institutional governance. You will represent the university nationally and internationally, lead the development of the university's profile, and manage eight campuses across northern Norway.
