University of Bergen seeks a Senior Consultant for Public Procurement and Contracts to support the university's annual purchasing of approximately 1.9 billion kroner. The role involves developing procurement strategies, evaluating tenders, managing contracts, conducting supplier analysis and market research, and providing guidance to faculties and departments. A master's degree in economics, law, or technical subjects is required, along with strong project management skills, excellent written and spoken communication in both Norwegian and English, and preferably experience with public procurement regulations and electronic procurement tools.
