Environmental Therapist / Prison Officer

Bjørgvin prison is recruiting 3 environmental therapists or prison officers for permanent positions at the Youth Unit West, which provides specialist care for young people under 18 in custody. You will work in shifts including every third weekend, providing security, structure and targeted progression work with a focus on therapeutic support, relationships and motivation. The role requires a bachelor's degree in health and social care (or completed prison officer training from KRUS) and at least one year of relevant experience, along with good Norwegian language skills, driver's license class B, and strong ICT competence.
