Environmental Therapist / Nurse / Care Assistant in Shift Work

Bærum municipality seeks experienced healthcare professionals (nurses, care assistants, or social workers) for a specialized mental health and substance abuse residential facility in shift work, including every third weekend. You will provide therapeutic support to patients with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders in a team focused on mentalization-based therapy, recovery, and user involvement. Candidates must have relevant healthcare or social work qualifications, HPR registration, experience in mental health and substance abuse, fluent Norwegian (B2 or equivalent for non-Scandinavian applicants), and strong relational and communication skills.
