The Norwegian Coastal Authority's Pilot Service is recruiting pilot aspirants starting August 2027. As a pilot, you will guide vessels safely along the Norwegian coast and play a vital role in maritime security. The role requires valid deck officer certificates, a master's license, and a minimum of 3 years sea service, including recent experience as a watch-keeping officer or chief officer on vessels over 50 metres. Excellent Norwegian and sufficient English are essential.
