Employment and Welfare Advisor

Nav Nordfjord is hiring an Employment and Welfare Advisor for a temporary 100% position from 1 January to 31 August 2027, based in Sandane. You will spend 50% supporting young people under 30 through the youth guarantee scheme and 50% supporting people over 30 with health challenges, focusing on sick leave follow-up and work assessment allowance. You must have a bachelor's degree and fluent Norwegian, with relevant work experience potentially accepted instead, and a class B driving licence is an advantage.
