Haugen Gardsmat Drift, a meat production company in Flåm, Norway, seeks an experienced butcher to assist with large animal breakdown during their busy season from June to December. The role requires 3+ years of butchering experience, excellent knife skills, deboning expertise, and the physical ability to handle manual meat production work daily. You must be legally authorized to work in Norway, fluent in English, and willing to work with pork, beef, goat, lamb, deer and reindeer.
