Building Maintenance Technician

Bjørnafjorden Municipality seeks a building maintenance technician to support their Property Operations team, which manages maintenance and repairs of schools, care facilities, housing and other municipal buildings. You will work flexibly across different buildings and handle maintenance tasks, repairs, facility management systems and coordinate with users and other teams. The role requires a relevant trade certificate (carpentry, plumbing, electrical work or similar), class B driving licence and experience in building maintenance.
