Job Coach AE with Professional Responsibility

Triv AS is establishing a dedicated team for the 'Work following individual decision' (AE) scheme in Inderøy municipality. We seek an engaged and professionally strong job coach AE with professional responsibility for the initiative. You will lead team coordination, provide daily support and guidance to participants with complex needs, and contribute to developing and quality assuring the AE offer in collaboration with the department manager. The role combines direct participant follow-up with professional development work and team leadership.
