Headteacher and Teacher (50/50 combined role)

Andørja Montessori School seeks an engaged leader and teacher for a combined 50 percent headteacher and 50 percent teaching position starting 1 January 2027. You will lead the school's pedagogical and administrative operations whilst also teaching, creating an inclusive learning environment where students develop academically, socially and personally. The role requires approved teacher training for primary education, strong Norwegian communication skills, and ideally leadership experience or knowledge of Montessori pedagogy.
