Job Specialist

Nav Porsgrunn is hiring a Job Specialist for a one-year fixed-term position starting mid-January 2027. You will support job seekers in finding employment using the Supported Employment method, including individual follow-up, employer engagement, and coordination with partners. Around 40% of your time will be spent outside the office working directly with job seekers and employers. The role requires a bachelor's degree in fields such as education, guidance, psychology or social work, experience with individual and group support, knowledge of the labour market, excellent Norwegian language skills, good digital skills, and a category B driving licence.
