Maintenance Engineer

Norled, a major Norwegian ferry and high-speed boat operator with around 80 vessels transitioning to battery, hybrid and hydrogen propulsion, seeks an analytical maintenance engineer. You will analyze maintenance and operational data across the fleet, develop maintenance strategies and long-term plans, and ensure the maintenance system provides sound decision-making foundations. You will work closely with technical inspectors, chief engineers aboard, procurement and operations teams.
