Building Case Officer and Advisor

Sarpsborg municipality seeks a building case officer and advisor to work in a strong professional team handling building permits, subdivisions, oversight, and illegality follow-up. You will conduct case assessments, legal and technical evaluations under building law, process complaints, conduct site visits, and provide guidance. The role requires relevant higher education (architect, engineer, lawyer, geotechnician or similar), good understanding of building regulations, Norwegian language proficiency, and driving licence class B.
