School assistant / youth worker

Ulsrud secondary school's priority support unit seeks a school assistant for a temporary position from December 2026 to July 2027. You will support teachers and students in small group learning environments, organising activities, and serving as a role model while promoting student wellbeing and academic progress. Requirements include completed secondary education, preferably with a youth work qualification, experience working with young people, fluent Norwegian, good teamwork skills, and the ability to participate in outdoor and physical education sessions.
