Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

Evolve Communication is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with expertise in digital advertising, business acumen, and interest in how AI can improve performance work. You will develop advertising strategies, set up and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads and TikTok Ads, analyse results and profitability, and work closely with project managers and content teams with particular focus on e-commerce. You must be fluent in Norwegian as the office in Oslo is the fixed workplace where the team meets daily.
