Employment consultant role within Oslo Municipality's outreach service for young people and young adults. Provides individualised follow-up and support using supported employment methodology, recruits participants and workplaces, and coordinates with activity supervisors and partners. Requires completed social work or related degree plus master's qualification, extensive experience with supported employment and outreach work with young people with complex needs, and strong Norwegian language skills at C1 level or equivalent.
