Base leader at activity school

Rødtvet Activity School seeks an engaged base leader for a temporary position (62%) until 30 June 2027. You will manage daily operations of one of five bases serving around 280 students aged 6-11, including those with special educational needs, planning activities and supervising staff. The role requires relevant experience with children, leadership and organisation skills, good ICT knowledge, excellent Norwegian (B2 minimum), and good physical fitness.
