Job Specialist, Individual Placement and Support (IPS)

Nav Hamar seeks two job specialists to support people with mental health challenges towards finding and maintaining employment through the Supported Employment method. You will work independently in the field across multiple municipalities in the Hamar region, building relationships with participants and employers while collaborating with treatment teams and internal partners. Requires a minimum three-year university/college degree (preferably in health, social work, pedagogy or related fields), driving license class B, fluent Norwegian (B2 level), and strong communication skills.
