Assistant Store Manager

Biltema Drammen seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, staff development and customer service across the store and café. The role combines hands-on store management with people leadership and requires motivation, responsibility and a desire to develop as a leader. Previous retail, warehouse, café or service experience is valued, and leadership experience is a plus but not essential.
