Head of Immigration Detention Unit

The Norwegian Correctional Service seeks an experienced, strategic leader to lead the newly transferred immigration detention unit with two facilities (Trandum and Hurdal) housing approximately 190 detainees. You will be responsible for overall operations, strategy, development and results in a complex organization with significant societal importance, requiring strong inter-agency collaboration with police, immigration authorities and health services. The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in management, law, public administration, policing or security, documented extensive leadership experience, inter-agency collaboration skills, digital proficiency and fluent Norwegian and English.
