Factory Manager

Moelven List AS seeks an engaged and visible leader to manage the overall responsibility for production, operations and development of the factory in Eidsvoll. You will lead daily operations through team leaders, oversee approximately 30 employees, and manage a major digitalisation initiative while driving continuous improvement in production of wood-based building materials for the Scandinavian market. Candidates should have higher education in mechanical engineering or industrial economics, or equivalent relevant experience in industrial, production or process operations leadership.
