Kindergarten and youth worker

Plahtejordet barnehage in Bærum municipality seeks a caring and patient kindergarten and youth worker to create positive relationships with children, staff and parents while supporting child development and learning. The successful candidate will participate in planning activities, reflect on practice and contribute to a good working environment in a pedagogically strong setting. A completed upper secondary qualification and Norwegian language skills (minimum B1) are required, with a childcare qualification preferred.
