Availy is developing a next-generation growth platform for booking, resource management, payments, and automation. Together with strong industry owners and ambitious investors, we are now building a new company (“Newco”) with international growth ambitions.
We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer who wants to do more than just write code. You will have a significant influence on technology choices, architecture, and product development, while remaining hands-on with the codebase every day.
What You’ll Do
Take technical ownership of the continued development of the platform.
Design and implement scalable architecture to support the next phase of growth.
Develop frontend and backend solutions in close collaboration with the team.
Drive high standards of quality through effective development processes, testing, and code reviews.
Explore and implement AI-powered solutions that deliver greater value to our customers and business.
Work closely with product, business, and commercial teams to translate needs into effective solutions.
What We’re Looking For
Experience as a Full-Stack Developer, ideally with experience in a technical leadership or coordinating role.
Strong skills in HTML, CSS, C#, .NET, EF Core, and unit testing.
Experience with React/TypeScript for component-based and modular development.
A solid understanding of SQL databases (MS SQL Server) and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
Hands-on experience using AI tools in software development. You are AI-savvy and actively leverage AI to improve both speed and quality.
Experience in a startup or scale-up environment, or the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic setting.
A customer-focused and proactive mindset, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in Norwegian is a plus.
A structured yet creative approach, with the confidence to challenge conventional thinking.
What We Offer
A chance to join an exciting journey with global potential.
An inclusive and inspiring culture driven by ambition, collaboration, and respect.
Competitive salary and benefits, including stock options to foster ownership.
Close collaboration with experienced investors and entrepreneurs.
A dynamic workplace where your contributions make a real impact.
