Who we are looking for
We're looking for a Founding Growth Marketer to build Birdsview's growth engine from the ground up, the person who turns "we have a great product" into a steady flow of qualified pipeline. AI first person.
Birdsview - Prolonging the lifetime of the built world
Birdsview is a Norwegian technology company on a mission to change the way we preserve critical infrastructure to ensure a more sustainable and secure future.
Infrastructure is one of society’s most important assets. It includes the buildings we live in, the bridges we cross and the power grid that provides us with electricity. These structures are aging rapidly, and solutions that help preserve and secure critical infrastructure are now needed more than ever.
Birdsview's state-of-the-art technology combines radar (GPR), lidar, and AI to visualize what’s inside structures without destructive interventions. This allows for efficient and cost-effective inspection and monitoring of our most precious infrastructures - and enables clear, user-friendly visualizations that enhance understanding, extend asset lifespan, and promote material reuse - ultimately reducing costs and CO₂ emissions.
We are 17 people, we have customers in 9 countries, and we raised NOK 40.5 million from leading Nordic VC's to scale internationally.
About the job and why it matters
Much of concrete inspection today still relies on manual methods and fragmented, ageing non-destructive testing (NDT) equipment. You will help structural engineers, contractors, surveying specialists, and asset owners see clearly what is hidden inside the concrete. New critical data, faster inspections, and real cost savings are why they want our technology in their daily projects.
As a Founding Growth Marketer, you will be the engine of our international growth. The role is hands-on: you'll use AI tools to build and test campaigns across channels, turn technical value into content that resonates with engineers and asset owners, run experiments to find what actually converts, and hand qualified leads to our sales team. This is a foundational role in a newly formed marketing function, where you will have a direct impact on our strategy, processes, and success.
Build the engine
You'll design and implement our full growth marketing engine, taking a foundational role in shaping our strategy.
Own demand generation
Own demand generation across content, paid, and organic channels, directly impacting qualified lead flow to sales. You're measured on qualified leads reaching sales.
Find the message that lands
Test positioning against our different customer segments; engineers, contractors, asset owners and find the one we can scale. Nobody has the answer yet.
Work the funnel with sales
Hand qualified leads to our sales team, and use what they hear back to sharpen the next campaign.
Build the measurement
Set up tracking, reporting, and analytics to measure performance, identify effective strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
Make the technical obvious
Leverage AI tools to create and test innovative campaigns that translate complex technical value into resonant messages for our target audience.
What we're looking for
AI-first, systematic and test-driven. You run experiments, read the data, and a campaign that flops doesn't slow you down.
Proven ability to build and run a complete growth engine: lead generation, content, paid campaigns, organic channels.
Skills in setting up tracking, reporting and analytics, so performance is measured rather than asserted.
Experience developing, testing and refining positioning and messaging, in collaboration with sales and leadership.
1–3 years of experience in B2B growth or marketing, ideally in a startup or scale-up. Hands-on and results-oriented, this is a building role.
Fluent English; Norwegian is an advantage.
Based in Bergen or Oslo, or willing to relocate.

Work alongside leading people in a supportive and ambitious team culture, with regular social events and company trips.
