About the role
We are on an exciting growth journey in the Nordics and our sales organization is transforming fast. To support this, we are now looking for a Sales Enablement & Operations Manager Nordics – a critical role at the heart of our commercial performance.
This is not a traditional support role. This is a high impact position where you will work closely with sales leadership and teams across the Nordic countries to:You will combine sales enablement, training, and coaching with data analysis, pipeline performance, and KPI tracking – ensuring that insights don’t just stay in dashboards, but turn into real business results.
Location: Stockholm / Oslo / Copenhagen / Helsinki (flexible)
Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) Nordic
