• Check food quality: Make sure meals are fresh, safe, and properly cooked.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness: Keep the kitchen area, equipment, and workstations clean and organized.
• Follow food safety rules: Maintain hygiene, proper food storage, and safe cooking practices.
• Monitor stock: Check ingredients and inform the supervisor when supplies are running low.
• Assist with menu preparation: Help create or prepare new dishes when required.
• Work with the kitchen team: Coordinate with kitchen helpers, chefs, and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Use and maintain kitchen equipment properly: Operate cooking tools safely and keep them clean.
