We are now looking for an experienced and hands-on Head Chef who wants to lead our kitchen, develop the team, and ensure every service delivers the high standards our guests expect. As Head Chef, you will have overall responsibility for the daily kitchen operation. You will lead by example, working alongside your team while ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency throughout every service. You will work closely with the General Manager, Restaurant Manager and the rest of the leadership team to further develop Kullt's culinary offering and create an outstanding workplace where people enjoy coming to work.

Kullt is a vibrant grill restaurant in the heart of the city, offering memorable experiences – from casual evenings at the bar to full dinners with entertainment. With Norway’s largest indoor charcoal grill, we serve a varied menu of meat, fish, and seafood. The bar is the social hub, featuring classic cocktails and a wide selection of beer and wine. Kullt is a popular gathering place for friends and colleagues, with seating for 240 guests and space for up to 450 for mingling and events.
