In this role, you will:

• Be a good support to the Quality Manager in daily quality-related tasks
• Contribute to reporting to authorities, as well as other reports
• Check and follow up internal processes to ensure they are being complied with
• Carry out tasks delegated by your manager
• Help ensure cases and documentation are handled within set deadlines and in line with internal guidelines

• Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Handle stress and pressure well, including during periods with tight deadlines
• Are structured, organized, and detail-oriented
• Are comfortable working independently
• Contribute positively to teamwork with a collaborative and appreciative attitude

We would like you to have:

• A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience working with quality is an advantage
• An understanding of what it means to operate a quality management system
• Knowledge of the Norwegian Public Administration Act (Forvaltningsloven) is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Strong verbal and written proficiency in English
