Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is fast, reliable and hardworking, with previous experience in cleaning or a similar position.

You should understand English, work well independently, pay attention to detail, and be comfortable working late evenings. Most importantly, you must be able to keep a good pace and get the job done efficiently.

DISHWASHER / CLOSING CLEANER -- 2 POSITIONS AVAILABLE

We are looking for 2 reliable, fast and hardworking people to join our restaurant team as Dishwashers / Closing Cleaners.

This position is mainly focused on the closing of the restaurant.

🕐 Working hours

The shift starts when the restaurant is closing, usually between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM, depending on the day and how busy the restaurant is.

You must be comfortable working late in the evening and must not have problems with public transportation after your shift.

🧽 Your responsibilities

At closing time, the first team (kitchen and waiters) will finish their shift and leave.

You will then take over the restaurant and be responsible for completing the full closing cleaning, including:

• Washing and organizing all dishes and kitchen equipment

• Cleaning the kitchen and work areas

• Deep cleaning where necessary

• Cleaning floors and other areas of the restaurant

• Taking care of tasks that the first team did not have time to complete

• Making sure the restaurant is properly cleaned and ready for the next day

• Following the restaurant's cleaning and closing routines

• Working efficiently and independently to complete the closing on time

👤 We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in cleaning, preferably in a restaurant, kitchen, hotel or similar environment

• Understands English

• Is fast, efficient and physically capable of working at a good pace

• Is reliable and punctual

• Pays attention to detail

• Can work independently without needing constant supervision

• Is comfortable working late-night shifts

• Has no difficulties getting home after the shift

• Takes pride in keeping a workplace clean and organized

• Can handle physically demanding work and repetitive cleaning tasks

⭐ Most important

This is a fast-paced closing position. You need to be someone who can work quickly while still maintaining a good standard of cleanliness.

The goal is not simply to "wash dishes" --- you will be responsible for helping bring the entire restaurant back to a clean and organized condition at the end of the day.
