On behalf of our client we’re looking for a

Performance Marketing Automation Specialist  who can bridge creativity with analytics to help them reach and convert the right audiences, globally.

About our client

Our client is a Norwegian software company that develops and delivers advanced and innovative

Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions to customers in over 40 countries worldwide. They are proud to work with some of the world’s leading brands and organizations—such as major media companies, retailers, and public sector agencies. Together, they enable people and organizations to do more with their content.

In the role as a

Performance Marketing Automation Specialist , you won’t just manage campaigns, you’ll shape how the company drives demand, grows its social media presence, and builds meaningful engagement across the full customer journey. From campaign strategy to execution, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in how the company communicates. You will own and optimize our paid media activities, execute marketing automation through HubSpot, and support campaigns and product launches through performance-driven execution and insights.

If you're ready to take ownership of performance marketing in a collaborative, fast-paced SaaS environment—where experimentation, continuous learning, and customer focus are core to how they work—this could be the opportunity for you.

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, demand generation and marketing automation.
• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including workflows, segmentation, email marketing, reporting, and marketing automation.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, conversion optimization, A/B testing, and marketing funnel performance.
• Experience working closely with Sales and understanding how marketing activities contribute to pipeline generation and revenue growth.
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking, reporting on, and optimizing marketing and funnel performance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Who you are

As our Performance & Marketing Automation Specialist, you will take ownership of key demand generation activities and have a direct impact on pipeline growth and business results.
