Assistant to in the consular section of Embassy who will be in charge of:
(consular tours, professional missions, making appointments, etc.)
Transcription and entry of civil status documents (extract, death, marriage, literal copy, etc.)
Keeping civil status registers
Management of electronic databases.
Active participation in all activities concerning the Algerian community (organization of events, creation and updating of lists, monitoring of registration, elections, etc.)
Monitoring and management of social files in relation to the community
Support for the civil status center (return of incomplete files, response to users, telephone switchboard, etc.)
· Excellent command of Norvegian, Arabic, English and French
· Previous experience in administration is preferable but not required
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Teamwork experience, positive attitude and flexibility
To be agreed during the interview.
Non-EEA nationals who are resident in Norway are required to be in possession of a permanent residence permit to be considered for the position.
