Right now, DB Partner is looking for production workers for exciting opportunities at Jøsnøya on Hitra — working with some of the leading companies in Norway’s seafood industry.

The work is practical, physical, and fast-paced.
Some days are intense.

We are looking for people who enjoy staying active, working with their hands, and being part of a professional production environment where every role matters.
Tasks may vary depending on department and production flow, but can include:
• Processing and handling salmon in the production line
• Cleaning and preparing raw fish
• Operating production equipment and machinery
• Filleting and trimming salmon
• Quality control and sorting
• Packing and labeling products
• Following strict hygiene and food safety routines
We believe you are someone who:
• Has experience from food production, industry, aquaculture, or seafood processing
• Experience with fish filleting is a strong advantage
• Has good physical condition and a strong work ethic
• Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Pays attention to quality and details throughout the workday
• Communicates in English and/or Norwegian
• Is reliable, structured, and positive
• Works well independently and together with others
